Apex Partners Holdings is a permanent capital investment group specialising in mining services and industrial infrastructure businesses. We deploy long-term capital to acquire, strengthen, and grow resilient engineering, distribution, construction, and operations platforms that keep mines operating and critical industries moving.
Mining services — from engineering and project delivery to operations and maintenance — are the backbone of our portfolio and the core driver of our performance. Our largest business, DRA, is a world-class multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery firm serving leading minerals and metals producers across every major mining jurisdiction.

Other businesses provide critical support across the value chain, including equipment supply, pumps and fluid handling, lifting solutions, technical construction, and aftermarket services. This also includes specialist power and energy services businesses delivering high-consequence engineering solutions — such as boiler cleaning, pneumatic conveying, and plant reliability services — to national utilities and large industrial operators.
